Who We Are
Founded in 1993 Argyle Northwest Construction was a small family ran business with a history of excellence and a diverse range of skills within the construction industry.
Argyle has since grown to much greater heights and has now established as one of the market leaders in its field. By keeping the original ethos, we pride ourselves on being responsible to ensure the highest standards and offering complete customer satisfaction.

We have an extensive client portfolio including local authorities, public/private sector clients and the country’s leading housing developers.
Our various work streams can be combined to enable us to offer a tailor-made package. We have the ability to undertake all variates of the project requirements and have the necessary skills and experience to undertake these jobs with a professional service from inception through to completion.







Managing Director
Reza Qureshi
Reza Qureshi became Managing Director of Argyle in 2025, following a highly valued tenure leading operations since 2017. With a hands-on leadership style and a focus on strategic project delivery, Reza has played a pivotal role in expanding the business while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance. His deep sector knowledge continues to shape Argyle’s future.

Commercial Director
Ben Shaw
Ben Shaw joined Argyle in 2015, bringing over two decades of industry experience and a strong commercial acumen. He oversees project bids and cost management, sales, marketing and business development - all to try and secure strategic growth for the business. His collaborative leadership supports our reputation for value, precision, and client satisfaction.

Operations/ESG Director
Chantelle Wood
Chantelle Wood oversees both operations and Argyle’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategy. Her leadership ensures financial stability across projects while driving sustainable, responsible business practices throughout the organisation. Chantelle plays a key role in aligning operational performance with Argyle’s long-term environmental and community goals.

Construction Director/Founder
Dave Smith
Dave Smith co-founded Argyle in 1993 and continues to play a hands-on role in the day-to-day delivery of projects. With decades of practical experience, he oversees construction activity across the business, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard. Dave’s deep understanding of the industry remains central to Argyle’s reputation for quality and reliability.

Finance Director
Hayley Dunn
Joining Argyle in 2023, Hayley Dunn brings a wealth of experience in financial strategy and operational efficiency. Since her appointment, Hayley has been instrumental in optimising Argyle’s financial performance by refining budget controls, simplifying reporting systems, and enabling data driven decision-making. Her proactive approach and keen eye for process improvement have strengthened the company’s financial governance, supporting sustainable growth and long-term resilience.
